United StatesI like the top very much. However, It appears to be a top that was worn, washed then returned… The material feels like it’s been used. Items like this need to be inspected and at least discounted if it’s worn and resold. Not a deal breaker, I’m just very picky. I would never purchase clothing that’s been used unless it was discounted.
