Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your order but we also understand that sometimes you might need to return an item.
Returns can be initiated within 5 days of parcel reception. Please contact us via email at returns@acekouture.com or directly via Shopify inbox. Please make sure to state your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is validated you will receive an email confirmation. All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL STATE. We're happy to accept garments that are unworn, still fitted with all security tags and labels.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and Ace Kouture is not responsible for cost of return, loss or damage of item during the return process.
We do not offer refunds but however we do offer store credits. We aim to process all store credits within 7 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
Rare exceptions can apply:
- we do not offer store credits on clearance or final sale items.
- returned orders with the free shipping promotion during our free shipping month will have a fee of $9.99 deducted from the store credit.
- Special orders and custom-made are final sale and non-refundable.
- Pop up items can only be exchanged at pop ups.
- Gift Cards are not refundable.
